Chinese Stew Pork

This is one of my favorite dish my grandma used to make. My mum taught me how to cook this and I hope I could pass on this recipe.

Main
- 300g Pork Belly, cut to 1/2 inch thick
- 8 clove Garlic, whole
- 8 thinly sliced Small Red Onion
- 1 small bud of Yellow Ginger
- 3 tbs Meat Powder
- 3 tbs Five Spice Powder
- 3 tbs Oil
- 5 tbs Dark Soya Sauce
- 4 cups Water
- 4 Eggs, hard boiled
- 8 pcs Square Dried Bean Curd, quartered

Instructions
1 Heat vegtable oil in wok with high heat. Add garlic, onions and yellow ginger and stir fry until golden brown. Add meat powder, five spice powder, dark soya sauce and make sure all the ingrediants are coated with dark soya sauce. Remove from heat.

2 Pour all ingrediants into a pot and add water. Turn on Medium heat and let it boil. Once boiled, reduce to low heat and let it cook for 1 hour.

3 At the 1 hour mark, add the hard boiled eggs and dried bean curd. Boil for another 30mins and the remove from heat and serve it.
